Type of Project
New website

Vitalité Health Network, one of the largest in New Brunswick, wanted to modernize the presentation of its quarterly reports to better communicate its results to the public.

Project Goals

Vitalité wanted a complete overhaul of its quarterly reports section to make the information more accessible and engaging, while also simplifying the work of its internal team. The objectives were as follows:

  • Present the data from the quarterly network reports
  • Transform the reports into an interactive web format
  • Facilitate the creation of reports by the internal team
  • Centralize the information in a structured and consistent format
  • Reduce dependence on external tools or technical skills

Implemented Solutions

A new web experience has been created to address these needs, designed specifically for users and for the team that produces the reports.

From a static PDF to an interactive experience

The traditional PDF format has been replaced by a dynamic web experience, allowing visitors to explore the data more interactively and intuitively. Data is now displayed centrally, clearly, and in an organized structure, rather than spread across multiple documents.

Dynamic and automated graphics

Automatically generated graphics from entered data have been integrated, eliminating the need to manually create visuals for each new report.

An autonomous template system

A template system has been put in place enabling a non-technical team to create new reports independently, without the need to start from scratch or depend on graphic design resources.

Results

The new website allows Vitalité to publish interactive quarterly reports that are visually consistent and easy to update. The internal team can now produce each report independently, significantly reducing the time and resources previously required for their creation.
